This privacy policy applies to the Cinemaster - Movies and Series app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cinemaster - Movies and Series Developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application helps users discover movie and TV information, search titles, view details, save favorites locally on the device, and use optional AI Chat for movie and TV recommendation ideas. The Application does not require account registration, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or user-generated content posting.

The Application stores favorites, recent viewing state, AI chat consent, and visible chat messages locally on your device. The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

The Application may process basic technical information such as IP address, app version, device type, operating system version, and limited attribution or app event data when needed to operate, protect, improve, or measure the Application. If App Tracking Transparency permission is requested, the advertising identifier is used only when the user allows tracking.

The Application uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to load movie and TV metadata, search results, title details, poster images, and backdrop images. Search terms and selected title identifiers may be sent to TMDB only to provide these movie and TV discovery features. TMDB requests do not require user authentication from the Application.

AI Chat is optional and blocked until you explicitly agree inside the Application. Before any AI chat network request is made, the Application shows a consent screen that explains the data sent, recipient, and purpose.

After consent, the Application sends the text of each chat message you submit, a generated chat_id created when the chat session starts, and a fixed movie/TV system_prompt to OpenRouter Chat proxy, a third-party AI chat service hosted on Railway at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app.

The purpose of this sharing is only to generate movie/TV chat responses and recommendations. OpenRouter Chat proxy acts as a third-party service provider/processor for this feature and is expected to protect submitted data under the same or equivalent confidentiality and security commitments described in this Privacy Policy. The AI chat backend may retain conversation continuity server-side using chat_id so the conversation can continue across messages.

You can revoke AI chat data sharing in Settings by turning off "AI chat data sharing." Revocation resets the local chat session, removes the local chat_id, and blocks future AI Chat requests until you agree again. You can also reset the chat conversation from the Chat screen without revoking consent.

The Service Provider may share information with third parties only as needed to provide Application features, operate the service, measure attribution, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with trusted service providers under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.

• TMDB receives movie and TV API requests as described above.
• OpenRouter Chat proxy receives AI Chat data only after explicit user consent as described above.
• Branch, Facebook SDK, and AppsFlyer may process attribution, deep-link, app event, or marketing measurement data. These services are not required to access the core movie and TV discovery features.

The Service Provider may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, to protect safety or rights, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, or work with trusted service providers.

You can stop local data collection by uninstalling the Application. You can disable AI chat data sharing in Settings at any time.

Local favorites, recent viewing state, AI chat consent, and visible chat messages remain on your device unless you reset them in the Application or uninstall the Application. For AI Chat, server-side conversation continuity may be retained by OpenRouter Chat proxy using chat_id as described above. If you would like to request deletion of User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact cinemastermoviesandseries@gmail.com and the Service Provider will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application or Services, please contact cinemastermoviesandseries@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable safeguards for information processed and maintained by the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-06-09

By using the Application, you consent to the processing described in this Privacy Policy. AI Chat requires separate explicit consent before any AI chat network request.
